REFUNDS & RETURNS

We get it, sometimes you have to return an item you have purchased from us!  We want you to love shopping with us,
which is why we offer a 30-Day Change of Mind return policy with every purchase from our store.

30 DAY-CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY

If you return an item to Zippy Electrical Suppliers within 30 Days, we will offer you a refund provided that the item is in resalable condition and in its original packaging with instruction & manuals and all accessories included. Original return/exchange receipt must be provided with return.

Products returned not because of any fault but due to incompatibility or change of mind, postage is at buyer’s expense. Products that are returned due to goods being faulty or wrong goods shipped then postage is at our expense.

If you wish to return products to us, you must notify us through the “Contact Us” section of the Website within 30 days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of Zippy Electrical Suppliers.

3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

Proof of purchase to issue any refund.

A receipt is needed as proof of purchase and for our reference. Make sure to include with return label when shipping back to us.

Product to be in original condition with all boxes and labels attached.

Item(s) must be not used or otherwise undamaged and be include in original packaging.

Items to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

(Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided.

Note: We do not offer exchanges of goods when returning to the online store, only refunds. Please send your item back for a refund and then create a new order.

RETURN STEPS

(1) Sign into your Zippy account or check your order confirmation email to obtain order number.

(2) Confirm order number and contact customer service representative through our contact us section of the website (submit an email) of items you want to return.

(3) Once approved, the return instruction will be sent via email to complete final return procedures, a return id will be generated upon completion.

(4) Complete the  returns form (Click here for the form) and include it in the return parcel with your order. Also include your receipt which was provided by us in the order confirmation email or when you received your order.

(5) Book in your return with Australia Post or Courier and print out return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

(6) Once you have organised shipping, drop off at your designated Australia post location or have it picked up by Couriers.

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been approved by our customer service representative.

Returns Process – Click & Collect Orders

For Click & Collect orders placed online, please follow the online returns process outlined above.

RECEIVED RETURNS

REFUNDS

Please allow time for your return to reach our warehouse. This time may vary depending on your location.  Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note:
The original shipping fee paid when checking out are non-refundable for Change of Mind purchases but it will be refunded for faulty products.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges on returned items via our online store. You will need to return your item and place a new order for the colour or style you desire.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe your online purchase arrived with a manufacturing fault or you received something different to your original order, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of the return and provide a full refund or exchange if items are returned to Zippy within 30 days of purchase.

If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team straight away with as many details as possible about the order.

Manufacturer’s warranties may apply for any products purchased and returned to us or to the manufacturer directly for a claim after our 30-day refund policy expires. As a result, the purchase may require assessment by the manufacturer before we can satisfy or help you satisfy a warranty claim. Please check any documentation that came with your product for information on warranties. For claims after 30 days, you will be responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our online store.
